Transformative Breathwork Journey: Freedom Edition (Online)

During this 90-minute session we will explore the concept of freedom and what it means to be truly free. We'll use concscious connected breathing techniques to quiet our monkey minds and explore our sub-conscious without fear or judgement.  This is a time to get settled, get silent, and lean in to your inner self. We'll free ourselves from past hurts and resentments while refilling our souls with a deeper sense of self love. With each intentional breath, you will tap into your inner source of resilience, compassion, and healing, allowing forgiveness to flow through every fiber of your being. As you release the shackles of resentment, you will find yourself empowered, lighter, and ready to embrace a future full of joy, love, and limitless possibilities. Join me on this transformative adventure, where every breath becomes a step towards your ultimate freedom.

In order to maximze your experience, please be in a setting with limited distractions including children, pets, roomates, etc... You will need to lay down during the session and it is recommended to have a pillow. During the session there will be a build up to a audible scream. If you are in a location where you're uncomfortable releasing a scream, you'll be encouraged to scream into your pillow. It is highly recommended that you wear head phones for this experience.

The zoom room will close 15 minutes into the call to ensure everyone receives the information necessary to introductory information along with an overview of the medical restraints.
