Transformative Breathwork Journey: Freedom Edition (In Person)

During this 90-minute session we will explore the concept of freedom and what it means to be truly free. We'll use concscious connected breathing techniques to quiet our monkey minds and explore our sub-conscious without fear or judgement.  This is a time to get settled, get silent, and lean in to your inner self. We'll free ourselves from past hurts and resentments while refilling our souls with a deeper sense of self love. With each intentional breath, you will tap into your inner source of resilience, compassion, and healing, allowing forgiveness to flow through every fiber of your being. As you release the shackles of resentment, you will find yourself empowered, lighter, and ready to embrace a future full of joy, love, and limitless possibilities. Join me on this transformative adventure, where every breath becomes a step towards your ultimate freedom.

Please bring water, a yoga mat, blanket and a pillow. I also encourage participants to bring a journal to capture any thoughts or feelings that may come to them during the journey.  All participants are required to sign a waiver before hand. You'll receive a link to the waiver  during the registration process. Please arrive ontime to allow for signing in and to get settled; time has been added to the event to allow for this. Unfortunately, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late you will not be allowed to participate.
