Our evening will begin with a thoughtful reading followed by guided meditation to prepare you for silent exploration. Walk away with a high sense of clarity, a full heart and a deeper sense of purpose.

For years Sundays have brought about feelings of fear, anxiety and stress in me. As much as I wanted to enjoy the remainder of my weekend my mind was already diving headfirst into the deep end of the work week. I robbed myself of full weekends by wasting unnecessary energy focusing (and often dreading) what was coming next instead of relishing the present moment and maximizing my weekends. This feeling is what many have come to call the Sunday Scaries.

The good news? You don't have to suffer the Sunday Scaries anymore. Join me for a relaxing evening as we settle into ourselves and spend time reflecting our true purpose, passion and things that bring us joy. Our evening will begin with a thoughtful reading followed by guided meditation to prepare you for silent exploration.

This session is great for people of all different experience levels whether this is your first meditation or you have a deep practice. For the beginner I'll guide you in turning down the noise and endless chatter so you can find greater serenity. For those with more experience I'll hold space for you to practice and will lovingly encourage you to take your practice to deeper levels.

Each session will consist of breath work, guided meditation and silent reflection. Each session will focus on the theme of eliminating the Sunday Scaries and becoming more present while giving you tools that you can immediately implement for greater peace.

This class will be held within Ballantyne Kicks in Ballantyne Commons. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, meditation pillow, or anything else that will help you settle in. We will be on a padded floor and you will be asked to remove your shoes prior to entering the meditation space.

A suggested donation of $10 is requested to help cover expenses and may be brought that evening or sent through venmo @sarah-miller-8
